The Active Enterprise Network is Now Offering DocCentral

Denver, CO –Denver, CO – In a continued partnership with LPS Real Estate Group, The Active Enterprise Network is now offering DocCentral, an online document management system, to all members. DocCentral is one of the latest LPS products and will allow Enterprise Network members to share and manage their real estate transaction documents from a safe and secure electronic database.
                                                      
With 24/7 access to their documents through an online portal, members are able to view, share, track and manage files from one centralized location. In addition, DocCentral integrates with existing MLS databases to populate information automatically into each transaction file, saving members the time of having to re-enter data into the system. Information outside the MLS database can be added directly by members as well through email, fax or by uploading it directly from a web browser.

The document management process is made even easier with the inclusion of a customizable checklist feature. Using this feature, members can create a checklist template that will allow them to see which documents have been received or are missing with just a simple glance.
